Dr. Denisa Boeck holds a doctoral degree from the University of Vienna in International Tax Law. She has successfully completed the Liechtenstein and Austrian Bar Examination, and is admitted to the Liechtenstein Bar.

She has more than eight years of experience advising on complex corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters, including previous work at leading commercial law firms such as EY Law in Vienna.

Denisa acts in situations where legal questions become strategic decisions—shaping structures, defining risk, and influencing the direction of businesses.

Her work covers mergers and acquisitions, cross-border reorganisations, banking and insurance regulation, fund structures, and financial instruments. She advises on matters where decisions cannot be postponed and clarity is essential for execution.

She works closely with entrepreneurs, boards, and senior executives across industries such as financial services, insurance, and technology.

Denisa speaks German, English, Romanian, and Spanish, with a good command of French.
