Dr. Denisa Boeck holds a doctoral degree from the University of Vienna in International Tax Law. She has successfully completed the Liechtenstein and Austrian Bar Examination, and is admitted to the Liechtenstein Bar.
She has more than eight years of experience advising on complex corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters in Austria and Liechtenstein, including previous work at leading commercial law firms such as EY Law (Pelzmann Gall Größ Rechtsanwälte GmbH) in Vienna.
Denisa acts in situations where legal questions become strategic decisions—shaping structures, defining risk, and influencing the direction of businesses.
She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, domestic and cross-border reorganisations, financing transactions, complex commercial agreements, banking, insurance and investment funds regulatory matters, as well as the structuring and issuance of financial instruments, including debt securities.
Denisa works closely with entrepreneurs, boards of directors, and senior executives across the financial services, insurance, technology, and industrial sectors, with a particular focus on matters where decisions cannot be postponed and legal clarity is essential for successful execution.
